Lithochrome ‚Äč

Lithochrome is a special type of opaque penetrating paint designed to help the text on a memorial standout and to improve readability. It is also used to as an impressive enhancement to emblems and designs. Though it is longlasting and specially formulated for use on stone monuments, it is the only part of the monument that won't last for hundreds of years. We take every effort to make sure the lettering and design are sandblasted and finished to ensure legibility once the paint has faded.
